2001-02

HB 1680 - An Act amending the act of March 4, 1971 (P.L.6, No.2), known as the Tax Reform Code of 1971, further providing for inheritance tax rates.

HB 2268 - An Act amending 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for revocation of habitual offenders' licenses and for penalties for driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances.

HB 2447 - An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for child passenger protection and for related penalties.

HB 2718 - An Act amending the act of March 4, 1971 (P.L.6, No.2), known as the Tax Reform Code of 1971, further providing for the incidence and rate of the cigarette tax, for the floor tax on cigarettes and for disposition of certain funds.

2003-04

HB 420 - An Act providing for the licensure and regulation of adult living residences; conferring powers and duties on the Department of Public Welfare; adding members to the Intra-Governmental Council on Long-Term Care; providing for an increase to State supplemental assistance for persons in personal care homes; and providing for penalties.

HB 2640 - An Act establishing adequate reimbursement standards for care attributed to Huntington's disease for patients; and providing for the powers and duties of the Department of Public Welfare.

HB 2641 - An Act establishing standards of care for Huntington's disease patients; and providing for the powers and duties of the Department of Health.

HB 2664 - An Act amending Title 74 (Transportation) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for distribution of funding; providing for temporary public transportation assistance funding and for flying while impaired; and imposing penalties.

HB 2771 - An Act amending the act of July 19, 1979 (P.L.130, No.48), known as the Health Care Facilities Act, further providing for purpose of certain provisions, for definitions, for powers of the Department of Health, for administration and for issuance of license; and for the establishment of State clinical advisory committees.

House Joint Resolution 2009 – Resolution seeking discharge or calling for an immediate special session to address medical malpractice and tort reform issue.



2005-06

HB 71 - An Act providing for admission and retention of consumers in personal care homes, for appeals to the Bureau of Hearings and Appeals, for the powers and duties of the Department of Public Welfare and for report to the General Assembly.

HB 129 - An Act amending Title 74 (Transportation) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for flying while impaired; and imposing penalties.

HB 259 - An Act providing for the licensure and regulation of adult living residences; conferring powers and duties on the Department of Public Welfare; adding members to the Intra-Governmental Council on Long-Term Care; providing for an increase to State supplemental assistance for persons in personal care homes; and providing for penalties.

HB 690 - An Act amending the act of March 4, 1971 (P.L.6, No.2), known as the Tax Reform Code of 1971, further providing for monthly, semimonthly and quarterly payment of taxes withheld by employers for purposes of personal income tax.

HB 702 - An Act establishing standards of care for Huntington's disease patients; and providing for the powers and duties of the Department of Health.

HB 703 - An Act establishing adequate reimbursement standards for care attributed to Huntington's disease for patients; and providing for the powers and duties of the Department of P ublic Welfare.

HB 1547 - An Act providing additional oversight of health care facilities; establishing the Health Care Policy Board and the State Health Facility and Services Hearing Board; providing for the development of annual State Health Service Plans; and making repeals.

HB 2332 - An Act amending the act of December 4, 1996 (P.L.911, No.147), known as
the Telemarketer Registration Act, further providing for unlawful acts and
penalties.

HB 2684 - An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, further providing for junior driver's license, for learners'
permits, for suspension of operating privilege and for restraint systems.

HB 3013 - An Act amending the act of December 3, 1959 (P.L.1688, No.621), known as the Housing Finance Agency Law, establishing an energy-efficient home assistance program.

Special Session HB 6 - A Joint Resolution proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, further providing for exemptions from and special provisions relating to taxation.

HB 163 - An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for junior driver's license, for learners' permits, for suspension of operating privilege and for restraint systems.

HB 375 - An Act providing for the licensure and regulation of assisted living residences; conferring powers and duties on the Department of Public Welfare; adding members to the Intra-Governmental Council on Long-Term Care; and providing for penalties.

HB 1777 - An Act restricting municipalities from regulating amateur radio service communications.

HB 1952 - An Act requiring carbon monoxide detectors in residential facilities with care-dependent individuals; imposing powers and duties on the Department of Health and the Department of Public Welfare; and imposing penalties.

HB 2099 - An Act amending the act of June 13, 1967 (P.L.31, No.21), known as the Public Welfare Code, further providing for State plan for regulating and licensing personal care homes, for Intra-Governmental Council on Long-Term Care and for rules and regulations for personal care homes and assisted living residences.

HB 2366 - An Act amending the act of June 27, 2006 (1st Sp.Sess., P.L.1873, No.1), known as the Taxpayer Relief Act, further providing for collection of installment payments of school real property taxes.

HB 2425 - An Act amending the act of June 27, 2006 (1st Sp.Sess., P.L.1873, No.1), known as the Taxpayer Relief Act, further providing for collection of installment payments of school real property taxes.
